Description

This Orientation is required to before you start in our Boot Camp.
Come out, bring a friend and see you we can help you in your fat loss and other fitness goals.
You will learn:
* Joint Mobility Drills
* How to Squat
* How to do a Pushup
* Lunges
* Kettlebell swings, pressing and deadlifts
* Stretches for better recovery and range of motion
* Q&A session
Prior to attending you will be sent our registration packet.
Please make sure you are cleared to exercise by your doctor.
Dress to exercise, bring a towel and you may want some sweat bands for your wrists. We train barefoot so be prepared!
I will provide bottled water.
